Katy Schafer

Katy was a player on the very first Dynamite Volleyball team, and played from 2014-2017 with Dynamite! In addition to club volleyball, Katy also played on her high school team at South Lyon, and was an Assistant Coach for Dynamite in 2018. Katy then left to earn her degree in Secondary Education English at Michigan State University. During her years at MSU, Katy’s love for volleyball continued, and she played on the IM teams from 2018-2021, and then coached the IM team in 2022. Katy is passionate about volleyball and brings energy, enthusiasm, and great instruction to the courts!
